[Healeys] Mirror Question

I received a couple of outside mirrors from Moss that need a bit
of tweaking.    All main parts are Chrome and look good,  except the back of
the mirror itself (go figure)..   It's polished  metal but not done very
well.

There are very noticeable swirl marks in the metal.  Either the job wasn't
finished or  Mohamed grabbed the wrong buffing compound.

Yes I can return the mirrors if I want.  But I need mirrors and these things
would work well if I can get the swirls marks out and the price was right. All
the mirrors in stock look the same, per the Moss salesman.

Of course I don't want to make them any worse.

Can you guys give me some swirl removal ideas.   If not,  they're going back.
