[Healeys] Brake system rebuild

Carl:
I have just rebuilt my entire braking system as described exactly.  Advice I
received was to switch to silicon partly to avoid the nasty green buildup I
found throughout the system.  After a complete rebuild would be the perfect
time to do that. There are other pros and cons.

I definitely agree with bob here.  Fix everything if it sat that long.  This
is especially the case if you plan on using Dot5.
