[Healeys] Tall guy in a BJ8

Had a "duh" moment last night on this issue. I realized that the  
pedals are currently positioned much higher and closer than they  
normally would be since I have both the clutch and brake cylinders  
out and the linkage disconnected! Things will still be very tight but  
at least better with the normal pedal position. Duh! Well my brain is  
not firing on all cylinders right now... 4-month old baby at home!

I will still try to make many of the tweaks suggested here.
