[Healeys] Oil article abour ZDDP- PS

PS - The relevent section is in appendix G. I "think" it says that under 
SM,  only 0W-20, 5W-20, 0W-30, 5W-30, & 10W-30, are limited on sulfur & 
phosphorus.
