We've all seen the little vent sticking up in the center of the cowl (shroud) in front of the windsheld on the works cars. Who know what it does under the skin? Is it hooked to any ducting or does it just suck air into the cabin? is there any open/closing mechanism or anything? Thanks in advance... Wilko San Dego
