[Healeys] Tires from a company called Nexen

It's a Korean company, so generally I'd say the quality is probably decent
enough.  Having spent time working in Korea, they tend to make pretty good
stuff all around these days, some say even better than the Japanese.  The
Kumho tire is Korean also, and so far no complaints on this list about them.
