[Healeys] Tire Vibration

  	There is a DOT date on the tire that shows the age of your tire.  
It is a Oval stamp with 3 or 4 numbers inside of it. If there are 3  
numbers the tire was made in the 90s If there are 4 numbers it was  
made in the 2000s

456    would be the 45th week of 1996

4506    would be the 45th week of 2006
