[Healeys] Fuel Pump

I have dual pumps on all three cars. They are select by a double pole,
center off switch. Radio Shack has a number of double throw, center off
switches. I chose the 275-653 because of it's red handle. I wanted to
differentiate it from other switches. This switch is double pole, so I used
only on side.

My MGBGT got broke down on the way back from MG2008. I simply used the
switch to use the secondary pump. Worth it's weight in gold.
