[Healeys] Body Shop Soap Opera Part II

Well, once they got the electrical problem sorted out on my BT7 and could
start they car they discovered that they couldn't stop it. I was at the shop
toady and while I didn't try the brake pedal, I did verify that the brake
(and clutch) reservoir was full. There is no apparent leak reported at the
brake cylinders or front pistons. No reported leak anywhere.

It was suggested that the seals on the master cylinder went bad, and the
piston will no longer move.

1. Does that sound like a possible cause? The car sat for nearly 10 months
without being started or driven.

2. If I do need a master cylinder is it better to buy a new one or have this
one resleeved?

3 If it does turn out to be the master cylinder does anyone have a 100-6
master cylinder core they would sell me?

The shop, while they aren't Healey experts seems to have done a good job of
putting it back together. The only thing I noticed is that forgot to cut a
hole in the new tunnel carpet for the ask tray. I was going to let it go
since I don't smoke, but thought it would seem to be missing something if it
wasn't there.

Thanks for all the help.

Jack
