[Healeys] Chassis / Sub chassis restoration question??

Wow,  You have a ton of work a head.    I always thought these new frames 
came complete
with frame and tub all in one.   At least that is how the Jule frame is 
pictured.
In my humble opinion that would be the way to go.   Then just swap over most 
of the usable
parts.   Other wise it would seem like allignment would be a night mare.
