[Healeys] Door Panels

Dan,

The main door panels on your BJ7 are one of the few models that don't have
stitching involved on the panel. Therefore it wouldn't be all that difficult
to make up the main panels and cover them with a suitable vinyl. However, on
your BJ7, the aluminum inner pocket panel is covered with a vinyl piece
consisting of 4 pocketed horizontal rows of stitching with a slight amount
of coach wadding applied between the stitching for slight loft. Many folks
don't have the sewing machine or the know how to do that accurately.
Other models of the Healey both earlier and later have their own unique
sewing requirements, each could be it's own chapter!
