[Healeys] Missfire/"Puffing" Continuing

All,
 
I checked the compression and I have 2 @ 110, 120,130,150, 160 those are  
probably fine aren't they? What's the rule of thumb- nothing should be unusually  
low and they should be reasonably consistent?
 
I'm going to check the valves next. Do I remember correctly that I should  
just crank the engine until each rocker is at it's highest point then  check?
