[Healeys] Conclave videos

I  live in Ontario Canada and am trying to locate tires for my 1963 BJ7. I 
need 2 ties as the front ones are worn out. The rear are Kumho tires 
165/80R/15, can I put 195/80/15 on the front and still be safe.
