[Healeys] 100 gas tank

I think there is a bit of a misconception on the filter - if you use the
standard clear VW bosch paper fuel filter (sold for like $2 at any NAPA) it
will filter out all the rust, even fine particles.  Very worthwhile, even if
you go with an aluminum tank.
