[Healeys] Rotor Redux

The latest Moss Motors email flyer indicates they are selling "higher 
quality" distributor rotors.

They attribute the cause of failure of other aftermarket rotors to "high 
carbon content" causing the spark to short to the dist. shaft.  Haven't 
heard that theory presented here, but sounds plausible (presumably, they 
researched the problem).
