[Healeys] Number plate

I had a makeshift tag with the wrong VIN on my BJ8 when I got it--so, I got the Heritage cert., took the # from it, got a VIN tag from Clark spares, put the number on it and re-registered it.  I had no problems with the DOT---in Indiana.
