[Healeys] Spin-on oil filter adapter

I'd like to convert my BJ8 to use spin-on oil filters but I also would like to add an oil cooler in the near future. Can I get an adapter that would allow me to use the spin-on oil filter and block the oil line ports until I add the oil cooler?
