[Healeys] black/white distributor ground wire

when the black and white wire is grounded, it grounds the ignition.
It is supposed to prevent a push start of the motor if someone
bypasses the battery circuit. Probably more trouble than it's worth,
in all honestly. Best to disconnect it.
