[Healeys] BJ8 distributor drive

Thanks to all for the advice on the distributor spindle removal.
  Just for my own credibility, I feel I should mention that I had 
removed that recessed screw, and was surprised when I couldn't budge 
the thing with a long bolt threaded onto the bottom of the spindle. 
It seems as though those more experienced than I are surprised too. 
So, today I'll take another look, and see if I can make some progress.
