[Healeys] Bounces

I just received the following message:
 
"Your membership in the mailing list Healeys has been disabled due to
excessive bounces The last bounce received from you was dated
16-Oct-2007.  You will not get any more messages from this list until
you re-enable your membership.  You will receive 3 more reminders like
this before your membership in the list is deleted"
 
I haven't sent any messages to the mailing list on 16-Oct-2007, except this 
message & a test message, both after receiving this message. I recall someone 
else getting a bounce message recently. Any idea what is going on here?
