   FWIW,  Eastwood  has  a  "special"  (probably  means  it's going for a
   normal, retail
   price) on a non-acid rust dissolver:

   I've  never  used it, and have no financial interest in Eastwood--I'll
   buy there if I
   can't  find  it  cheaper someplace else, or it's a unique product--but
   the topic of
   rust  removal  comes  up  occasionally so I thought I'd pass it along.
