[Healeys] Welding the Shroud

I have four pieces of shroud surrounding the grille, the right hand
headlight and above the right fender.  Welding these pieces will be a
challenge.  Any suggestions as to how they should be set in place to achieve
the best fit?  Should they be fit together on the car, or on the table?  Are
there any tricks one should be aware of to make this successful?
