[Healeys] valve stem seals

Hi All, I'd like to put in new valve stem seals on my Mk2 (29E) engine.
I'm thinking this can be done without removing the head but I'm not
certain.  Sooo, I'm looking for a little help here.... Please??  Oh yes,
I have aftermarket bonnet-looking seals now and they seem to have become
brittle after over 2 years of non-use.  As always, many thanks to this
great list.
