I don't believe that any nitrile coated MLS gasket is reuseable.  The rubber
bonds to the head and block surface once torqued, and will pull off if
removed, and in some cases if just loosened.  Do not retorque if you use a
MLS gasket.  It's a one time use piece, just like the torque to yield head
bolts used on many engines today.

Once you torque that gasket down, it's done.  That's why when using ARP head
studs that need to be torqued several times to reach yield strength, and
smooth out the threads, you use an old gasket first.
