[Healeys] BJ8 Painting engine compartment

I have my engine back from the dyno. 160hp max at 5000 and 175 to 183
ft-lb from somewhere under 2700 RPM to 4800. No oil leaks either.
Of course my engine compartment is way to scruffy not to put the engine
in.
I just got a quart of paint mixed up in OE White and cut a new piece of
firewall insulation. Any tips on masking the wiring harness and
electrical components under the bonnet?
