Hi Patrick,
Most MP3 player software can do audio conversions. Some are a free download.
If you have a PC, I would recommend WinAmp. You could also get iTunes, but
I'm not a big fan of that program, it installs more software than I like. If
the file isn't too huge for my mailbox, you could email it to me and I can
convert it for you, I promise not to divulge any trade secrets. ;~)
