[Healeys] Homologation Papers

These documents and the cars entered to F.I.A. controlled events were 
most important and seriously enforced. Remember that the 'works' Minis 
were disqualified after winning the 1966 Monte Carlo Rally for having 
non-conforming LIGHT BULBS!!!!!!!!! It was just a co-incidence that a 
French car was awarded the win. Homologation papers and the items listed 
within them were to be accurate and complied with. So all Healey parts 
were to be BMC available although this may have only been from limited 
'approved' dealers.
