[Healeys] DMD manifold installation completed

Just finished my installation of Kirk headers and the DMD 2-carb manifold on
my 29D engine using the stock HD6s instead of the HD8s as is usually done.

BTW--the car is running rough and I ran out of time--but the combo of
headers and manifold and no other changes (no cam) results in a noticeable
kick-in-the pants difference--which also was verified and commented on by
another BN6/3000 owner, Peter Roses.
