[Healeys] home made toe-in caliper works up underneath fenders

On my site are pix of an easy-to-build toe-in caliper that measures the
distance between the inner sidewalls of the tires in front and in back of
the axle. It is slid under the car and rotated upward to measure at the rear
of the tires. Then that measurement is compared to that in the front.
