[Healeys] fenders

Must be a lot of similar stories out there.  My BN2 basket case came
without fenders.  Even the shrouds had to be replaced.  I was lucky to get
two rear and one left front fender from a BN2 from one source.  Finding a
right front fender was a very difficult task.  I did not even consider a
repro fender after my body and paint guy told me that it would take too
much work to fit it.  It was much easier to find an original fender.  The
one I found was rusted at the rear of the wheel arch and had to be
massaged around the headlight area, but it was better than trying to fit a
repro panel I was told.  Just as aside, the repair panels that include
part of the wheel well opening with the rolled wired edge are getting hard
to find.  It's almost ready to paint after a year of body work and
fitting.  Just have to fit the repro grill to the front shroud.  That's
another story.
