[Healeys] Fuses, fuel pumps, tail lights and driving lights

Some time ago, I added a NAPA fuel pump as a back up, with a double pole
double throw switch controlling primary, aux or off. I think it might be
prudent to add a fuse to both pumps. Question: Should I add one fuse on
the hot lead to the switch, or two fuses, one on each returning hot lead to
the pumps? And what amperage rating would be appropriate for each?
Norman Nock has described a fused circuit for the tail lamps (pg 147 Tech
Talk); I would like to know the amperage of the fuse.
I've added a 12v outlet up under the scuttle for the GPS, cell phone
charger, etc. and would like to fuse that. Suitable amperage for this?
I'm also looking seriously at adding driving lights, as described in Gary
Hemphills' article about the Sprite in the April 2007 Healey Marque.
Question: What amperage fuse is appropriate for Lucas driving (spot)
lights?
Finally, rather than using several inline fuse holders, I would like to
mount a fuse box under the scuttle (traditional glass tube fuses, not modern
blade style). Anyone have a source for a 5 or 6-fuse box?
Thanks.
