Everybody has TWO choices!!!

1]  The EASIEST and BEST way is to click the link at bottom of EVERY List
post:
       http://autox.team.net/mailman/listinfo/healeys
     And scroll down to bottom of page.

2]  The other is to send a mail to:  healeys at autox.team.net with NO "subject"
and just the word (without quotes) "unsubscribe" in the body.

You will get an automatic reply saying:
