[Healeys] Napa, Pumps, and Filters (sort of long)

When I bough my facet pump the parts guy at NAPA suggested that they 
were not the most reliable, and to avoid running them dry, my SU ran 
for 7 years (maybe more counting previous owner) before quitting, maybe 
the new reliable replacement is not so much a great replacement as a 
piece that does not have so many stories of failure associted with it 
because we have not been using it as long??
