[Healeys] clutch slave cylinder

I replaced my leaking clutch master a couple of months ago because on
examination there were bright lines showing through the anodizing.

I installed Mr. Finespanner's bleeder adapter and am looking forward to
increased life of this part due to more-frequent bleeding.

FWIW--I've been using NAPA dot 4 brake fluid for a couple of years and
observed no deterioration of the rubber internals.
