Alan,

I have relatively new polyurethane bushings for the pan hard rod.  I will
check them though.
It seems if they were the cause, the noise would occur with either a left
hand or right hand turn, rather than just when I make a fast right hand
turn.

  Ron - In your case it is a bad panhard rod bushing.
