[Healeys] turn signal thumb-lever movement

Bill,

This indicates that the keyway slot in the main stator tube has spread open 
and is likely partially split, allowing the inner (upper) portion attached 
to the switch head to rotate somewhat. The only cure is a new lower stator 
tube.
