[Healeys] turn signal thumb-lever movement

Bill -
It shouldn't move at all. Check to make sure the olive nut at the far end
of the steering column is tight. Also make sure the cancelling "L" is not
bent too much, otherwise it will interfere with the lever when the L is at
the top position.
