I don't have a picture anymore but when I did this I used an AN right angle bulkhead fitting. They seem harder to find now but I think part is AN848-6D for a 3/8" hose ID. Here is one for 1/2" hose to give you the idea:</div>

I reused an old bulkhead fitting for the attachment flange, just as easy to fabricate the mount out of some thin sheet stock.</div>

<div class="x_PlainText">Howdy folks. Have a street car question for yall. Assembly of Will’s car continues and I was test fitting the carbs and manifold I was planning to use. It’s a TR4A intake paired with HS6s. This is what I use on the TR3 race car. On
the street car, the rear float is very close to the heater bulkhead fitting (see pictures). Has anyone done this on a street car and have a good solution to this interference? It looks like we could move the bulkhead fitting over by about 3-4” w/o issue, just
hate to put another hole in the firewall. <br>
