<div dir="ltr"><div>FOT,</div><div>Thank you to the FOT racers that have sent me pictures we can use. I have some nice TR3 and TR4 pictures of cars prepared to 1985 rules but I'm lacking Spitfire, GT6 and TR6 pictures. I own one of Sam Halkias's TR6's (picture attached) but it is not 1985 legal due to having rear disc brakes and a dog box. It has the wide fenders Sam and a lot of TR6 racers used and I am not sure when they came into use. Does anyone know when those fenders came into use?</div><div> </div><div><div dir="ltr" class="gmail_signature" data-smartmail="gmail_signature"><div dir="ltr">Bob Kramer</div></div></div><br></div><br><div class="gmail_quote gmail_quote_container"><div dir="ltr" class="gmail_attr">On Sat, Feb 22, 2025 at 4:53 PM Bob Kramer <<a href="mailto:rkramer56@gmail.com">rkramer56@gmail.com</a>> wrote:<br></div><blockquote class="gmail_quote" style="margin:0px 0px 0px 0.8ex;border-left:1px solid rgb(204,204,204);padding-left:1ex"><div dir="ltr"><div>CVAR, our Texas club, has approved a new set of classes for production cars through 1985 using the SCCA GCR and PCS for rules. We are cutting off eligibility from the more modern eras by not accepting tube frame cars and requiring treaded tires. We are looking for photos of cars from 1985 or earlier that depict representative cars and as a Triumph guy I would like to find a few good examples from our cars to submit. WE want to make sure we have permission to use the photos. I don't have any of my own but I'm hoping the FOT can contribute. If you have a suitable photo please share it directly with me with the photographer credit information and any other date, track or other info you might have. The photos will be used on the CVAR website and maybe in our emails, with appropriate credit given.</div><div>TIA,</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><div dir="ltr" class="gmail_signature"><div dir="ltr">Bob Kramer</div></div></div></div>
