<p>Sunday is a no race engines day. As this is the 43rd running of the Lime Rock Historic Festival, rest assured the track has Sunday filled with eye candy for car people. </p>

<p>As a part of HF43’s Sunday in the Park, The Lime Rock Concours offers a special line up of beautiful and historic cars across several groups to vie for the Best-in-Show Award. <span>Dress in your Sunday best to wander around the Park and gander at the finest examples of automobiles and motorcycles in the northeast.</span></p>
<p><span>Sunday’s second event is the Gathering of the Marques, which hosts enthusiasts and clubs representing nearly every make and model, all arranged around the 1.5-mile Lime Rock course. <p><span>Plus, we are planning some time on Sunday for a FOT Gathering, food and libation, so stay tuned for those details as they become available!</span></p>
<p>The Kastner Cup race will run on Monday, in the vicinity of 1:30 to 2:00 PM, subject to change of course!</p>

<p>It is a Friday / Saturday / Monday event with Sunday being a quiet day. My recollection is that the Kastner Cup race is on Monday. Confirmed - looking at older messages, Henry sent this out Jan 9th:</p>
<p>"Thursday late afternoon the track hosts a parade open to race cars, 17 miles of beautiful New England countryside ending in a street fair in Falls Village, a quaint little town a couple miles from the track. If driving your race car on the street is not your thing, it is well worth finding your way to Falls Village to take in the scene. </p>
<p>For the most part, we will have an All-Triumph run group. If our numbers exceed a safe run group, we may be forced to put some cars in a more appropriate run group, that may apply to cars on both ends of the timing sheet. If your Triumph is prepped beyond vintage specs, your tire choice will play a big factor on where you run. But rest assured for the main event, all the Triumphs will together for the Kastner Cup race! </p>
<p>We have a practice session on Friday morning, and we qualify on Friday afternoon. Both sessions on Saturday are races. Monday morning is our third race, then right after lunch on Monday we run for the Kastner Cup."</p>
