<div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Sorry I can't help with the axle ID but that welded inner flange shows one of the weaknesses of some of the replacement axle/flange combinations; the flange is retained by a bolt & thick washer & torqued, but there is just a little shoulder where the shaft diameter increases & the inner end butts up, & it's not enough surface area to support the axial load, & they tend to loosen.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">The one in the photos won't loosen.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Also it appears that one of your brake shoes is upside-down, leading vs trailing...<img title="Emoji" alt="Emoji" class="yahoo-emoji-wrapper" src="https://s.yimg.com/nq/yemoji_assets/latest/yemoji_assets/1f609.png" style="padding: 0px 2px; vertical-align: middle;" data-inlineimagemanipulating="true" width="16" height="16"></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Glen Efinger<br></div><div><br></div>
