<p class="MsoNormal">Group 44’s Triumph cars were always white with black numbers, later ones (Quaker State sponsorship) with a green stripe. To my knowledge, they never raced a blue car with a number ball. They normally ran number 44 or 4, occasionally 41
if there was a number conflict, but with their own distinctive trademark numerals (with rounded corners). And the number on the back deck was always backwards.
