The only issue has been when driving for hours in the wet, we would get black streaks near the bottom of wipers like from the rubber transferring to the windshield. After the race we were able to clean it off. That’s why it’s is unsuitable for a windscreen, and toughened or laminated glass is used. There is no way to prevent road dust getting onto the screen, where the wipers will use it as an abrasive. You might be able to use a water dispersant on the PolyC, and avoid the use of wipers, but constant application will be needed!</p><p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">On the surround, consider fitting it <u>to the screen </u>to stretch it first.
