I can say the the best pressure for your tires is dictated by taking the temps at 3 spots across the tire coming off track. If they are hotter in the center you have too much pressure, if they are hotter on the inside and outside then you need more pressure. Most tires run hotter on the inside because of camber, caster and or toe settings, if this is the case the center number sis optimal between the inner and outer number.
