<div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false" style=""><font face="verdana, helvetica, sans-serif">Your information is correct Irv. When Jonathan bought it from Don, it was in bad need of TLC. He drove it as purchased once or maybe twice. It was not running well and leaked oil badly from the engine and transmission. It had low compression on a couple of cylinders so we pulled the engine and transmission at his home. But progress was slow then he got a job that moved him away from near me. I bought him out, then finished reconditioning the engine and resealing the transmission. I had all the battle scars smoothed out and painted a not very particular paint job. The brakes and fuel cell were replaced and I put the Panasport wheels and new Hoosier tires on. I raced it for the last time at the Kastner Cup at Blackhawk. At the time I also had two racing Minis so the TR 4 was sold to Najeb Kahn (sp?) on Bring a Trailer.
