It arrived with the part of the aluminum gear box that supports the stick shift snapped off. It had to have fallen hard. That cardboard box offered little protection.</div><div dir="ltr"><br></div><div dir="ltr">Do take the time to crate it up. If you’re handy, think about minimizing weight. I went overboard during that incident and built a heavy, heavy duty crate to ship the broken trans back in so that it’s replacement would be shipped back in that crate! No doubt, that extra weight cost money!
