<div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false" class="">Hi Dan. Reminds me of my brother who lives in California where they are pretty strict about those things. He bought a new 1985 Honda Civic when he moved to CA and took a job there. He has driven this car to work every day since (about a 30 mile commute each way). His car now has something over 400,000 miles on it, and he has never had any major failures (engine, trans, rear end etc.) Recently when he took it in for inspection, the cat convertor was bad and it wouldn't pass the emissions test. He tried all over town (San Francisco area) to locate a new one and nobody carried them. So, he asked me about used ones. I suggested he try Ebay, and sure enough, he found a guy who lives within about 50 miles from him who specializes in restoring/maintaining '85/86 Honda Civics. And, he of course, had a good used one. True story.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false" class=""><br class=""></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false" class="">Jack<br class=""></div><div class=""><br class=""></div>

I've been working on cleaning up the garage since my '76B has been in the shop, and came across some parts for it that I'd been holding on to for some reason, for years. Yesterday, I advertised a couple of Rostyles, an OEM jack, an oil pan and an exhaust downpipe. Guy contacted me about the down pipe and asked whether I had the catalytic converter. I did, but didn't advertise it as I understand that you're not supposed to sell used cats. It was actually in a garbage bag in preparation for getting tossed with the other trash Friday morning. He didn't want the pipe but I sold him the catcon!<div class=""><br clear="none" class=""></div><div class="">Dan D</div><div class="">'76B (in shop), '65B</div><div class="">Central NJ USA<br clear="all" class=""><div class=""><div class="ydp30e011c5yiv7716177961gmail_signature" dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr" class=""><a shape="rect" href="http://dandibiase.cbintouch.com/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank" class="">http://dandibiase.cbintouch.com/</a></div></div></div><br clear="none" class=""></div></div><br clear="none" class=""><div class="ydp30e011c5yiv7716177961gmail_quote"><div class="ydp30e011c5yiv7716177961yqt2603701641" id="ydp30e011c5yiv7716177961yqt09221"><div class="ydp30e011c5yiv7716177961gmail_attr" dir="ltr">On Wed, Oct 7, 2020 at 3:55 AM PaulHunt73 <<a shape="rect" href="mailto:paulhunt73@virginmedia.com" rel="nofollow" target="_blank" class="">paulhunt73@virginmedia.com</a>> wrote:<br clear="none" class=""></div><blockquote class="ydp30e011c5yiv7716177961gmail_quote" style="margin:0px 0px 0px 0.8ex;border-left:1px solid rgb(204,204,204);padding-left:1ex;"><u class=""></u>
