Few blocks are truly flat and in most cases the protrusion is not even everywhere. Regardless of who makes or supplies the liners , with the correct protrusion, the liner will hourglass .

Boring up to 89mm : I would rather buy 89mm liners, without the need of machining.<br clear="none">
I bought several parts from Racetorations (Darryl Uprichard) and was always satisfied.<br clear="none">
