Hi Russ, <div><br></div><div>I am guessing you are having a bandwidth issue when trying to view from the memory card or camera. It’s probably the speed of the USB port you are using limiting the video playback quality. The files on the laptop are fine. </p><p class="yiv3494161184MsoNormal">Video is scrambled but has perfect image every 3 seconds or so.
