A six inch wheel will work, but clearance becomes an issue on both sides, fender and leaf springs, with a 205 tire. The rear fenders will have to be rolled and the leafs relief ground for tire clearance depending on the wheel offset. If spacers are used to clear the springs, the fenders will be more of a problem, even if they are rolled. </div><div id="AppleMailSignature">I use spacers and the fenders are rolled.</div><div id="AppleMailSignature">A 185/65 tire will work without modifications if the wheel offset is close to standard. </div><div id="AppleMailSignature">A 5.5" wheel is vintage legal in most, if not all organizations and will most likely not have fitment issues, especially with a 185/65 tire. Hoosier Speedsters are the tire for that application. There are more selections in a 205/60 tire which fit a 6" wheel better than a 5.5".</div><div id="AppleMailSignature">I had no problems with stock fenders and no spring clearance problems with 5.5" wheels and 185/65 Hoosier Speedsters and no spacers.
